This {not so} little boy was all smiles. So much so that it was contagious - I couldn't stop from smiling during our entire shoot. It also helps that I am particularly fond of this age. My son (Tommy) is also 8 so I know just how fun they can be. I love it because they seem to have matured a lot and aren't so eager to test their boundaries (the way they do from about 2 to 6), but they also haven't grown into the hormonal teenage years either. It's a perfect in-between!
*Note* 8 is a wonderful age to capture. Their adult teeth have started to grow in, and while it may look a little goofy to you now, it will be adorable when your child is grown. These photos will become treasures as you look back and remember this special stage in your child's life.
A few more open-mouthed smiles would have been good, and I hope he didn't become conscious of his smile. Those chiclet teeth look cute and proud!
